StudioB Yoga Center opened its doors in the summer of 2013 and serves Danville, Pennsylvania as well as the surrounding areas. We are a community-oriented vinyasa yoga studio and a RYS-200 school offering an exciting weekly schedule of varied yoga classes as well as interactive workshops, retreats, and charitable events. Becky is the founder & owner of StudioB Yoga Center, and creator of the studio's RYS teacher training program. A NY native, she relocated to PA in 2013. She is a YACEP with Yoga Alliance & Reiki II practitioner, holding certifications in multiple styles of yoga including vinyasa, prenatal, children's, fertility & trauma-informed. She earned a Master's Degree in management from the Pratt Institute and is passionate about travel, art and serving our area's community.
Hadas joined the StudioB Yoga Center family in July 2019, and trained at the International Vishvaguru Meditation and Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India. She has been practicing yoga for the past 20+ years and has a professional background in graphic design. Her teaching style is alignment oriented, and it strongly encourages students to withdraw from their senses to be in the present moment.
Zach joined the StudioB Yoga Center family in June 2023, where he completed his vinyasa training. His teaching style is very direct, yet comforting. You'll know that we're here to put in the work, but the "work" will be met with loving guidance to allow for maximum success in every BODY. Zach loves leading a life with much variety, and his passions include fitness, cooking, and spending time with his community.
Diana joined the StudioB Yoga Center family in October 2017. She trained at StudioB Yoga Center and Boundless Yoga. She is certified in various styles of yoga including vinyasa, aerial, and restorative. Yoga provides a special connection to the Universe that she seeks. She emphasizes overall strength of body and mind throughout her classes to help others achieve their surest Self. For her, yoga is a dynamic and purposeful link between body, mind & spirit.
Maggie joined the StudioB Yoga Center family in November 2018, where she competed her vinyasa training. She is the owner of Mindful Movement with Maggie, and is also certified in prenatal, yin, and restorative yoga. While she loves teaching a wide variety of classes, she truly adores instructing children's yoga so that she can share her passion of guiding youth and strengthening our local community.
Tamara joined the StudioB Yoga Center family in July 2023, where she completed his vinyasa training. She hold certifications in aerial and yoga for anxiety. As an instructor, Tamara offers a light-hearted approach and emphasizes that yoga is an integral part of everyday life. For her, yoga is a mindset that transcends far beyond the mat and she has integrated it's importance into her lifestyle including a successful hairstylist career for 24 years.
Tricia joined the StudioB Yoga Center family in November 2018, where she completed her vinyasa training. She is passionate about serving her community with yoga & meditation to promote overall health and wellness. She loves helping her students turn inward, find their breath, and move in a way that benefits each of them. Her other interests include playing guitar, singing, and being with family.
Heather joined the StudioB Yoga Center family in May 2023, where she completed her vinyasa training. She is a Reiki Level III practitioner, the owner of Authentic Lotus Wellness & a retired clinical psychologist. She views yoga as the ultimate means to unite mind, body & spirit on one's journey of self discovery & personal growth. She encourages you to be your authentic Self!
Heather joined the StudioB Yoga Center family in May 2020, where she completed his vinyasa training. She also holds certifications in yoga for children and teens, and trauma informed yoga. She works in education, and is passionate about helping our community grow.
Alesia's passion for yoga comes from its ability to calm her very active and analytical mind. She loves the empowerment that comes along with a steady practice. Her training is in vinyasa and yin, as well as health and wellness coaching. Other deep loves include gardening, cooking, noodles, dogs, her husband and friends.
