The Women’s Center, Inc. in Bloomsburg PA is an important non-profit organization formed in 1974 and incorporated in 1976. One of the first programs in PA to provide inclusive support and a variety of free educational services/programs to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, the Women’s Center serves the many residents of Columbia and Montour counties.

Together We Rise
Foster Love: Together We Rise is a non-profit organization that works with individuals, companies, and communities to bring resources to foster youth and use service-learning activities to educate on issues surrounding the foster care system. Founded in 2008, they have provide thousands of foster youth nation-wide with new bicycles, college supplies, toys, and duffle bags ("sweet cases") so that children can travel from home to home with dignity.
