Yin YogaThis slow, seated style of yoga focuses on moderate stretching of the tendons, ligaments, and fascia in the body to increase circulation and improve flexibility. | Power FlowBuild heat, stamina, and awareness in this unique class. These sessions encourage focus on how strong you are in body, mind, and spirit. |
Kids YogaThis class builds confidence, teamwork, leadership, self-esteem, communication and respect in our young yogis. Ages 4-10. | Prenatal YogaPrepare for pregnancy and labor with specific stretches, movements, and breathing techniques. Deepen the sacred connection to your baby, community, and yourself. |
